Free Shipping

Many of our products feature free shipping. The free shipping icon indicates that you receive Free Shipping on that item via standard ground UPS or Fed-Ex or back of truck freight, depending on the item or quantity. Since 1976, we have been proud to offer this service to our valued customers along with our low prices and personal service. For products that do not feature free shipping, see our easy shipping rates.

Unless an item is marked as Free Shipping, a minimal shipping cost will be applied to all orders.  Any and all additional freight quotes for larger or customized orders will be listed via email or fax.  Absolutely no freight quotes will be given verbally by phone or chat software.

Same Day Shipping

All orders placed before 3:00PM EST are guaranteed to be shipped the same business day assuming that all products are in stock. Please see our estimated transit times from date of shipment. Please note: Some transit times may not be guaranteed due to unpredictable circumstances including, but not limited to weekends, holidays and inclement weather.

No Hassle Returns

Merchandise may be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase if it is in its original packaging and condition and has not been used or installed. Some items, such as kick plates, restroom partitions and other custom-made products are not returnable, and this will be noted when you are making your purchase. No returns can be accepted on custom made products.

If you are returning an order due to damage in transit or a shortage or other deficiency in the product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You must contact us to request an RGA number in advance of returning your product. Shipments received without an RGA number prominently displayed on the outside may be refused or returned to you. We recommend you insure shipments with a value over $100.

Purchase Orders

Any government entity or state school, or college may use purchase orders or credit cards. Resellers, apartments, condominiums, or management groups may use purchase orders after filling out our application for credit. Please contact our accounts receivable department at for details.
